Sea Kings recruits on both Retainer and Contingency Fee basis. Our methods produce the best personnel in the industry, many coming from perhaps your own top competitor. We recruit at every executive level, seeking the best personnel from the best departments within the best comnpanies. We do not recruit from our client companies.
Sea Kings requires an Agreement in place before any search is initiated, and we may require a retainer paid in advance, as well. Retainers are deducted from the final fee owed, and reduced fees are available when retainers are required. We only work from our own Agreement. It is short, clear and fair for both parties.
Candidates do not pay fees, ever. The client pays the fee when you are hired.
